About
Crystallized moments of happiness!

Every school has a Golden Boy.
At Silverleaf High, that's Jace Jensen. Heart-stealer. Walking perfection.
Except he's anything but.
Behind the façade of effortless charm lies a catastrophe in designer shoes, a boy who can't walk three steps without creating a small disaster. If life were a dance, Jace would be stepping on everyone's toes—including his own.
Enter Juju—a sassy little purple fox with designer taste and the ability to tear holes through time. With expressive blue eyes that can shift from sweet to skeptical in an instant, she's on a quest for Joy-Drops, crystallized moments of pure human happiness scattered throughout history like diamonds in the rough. These aren't just any magical trinkets; they're vintage emotions in crystal form, and Juju—despite her adorable appearance—treats them with the discerning palate of a sommelier sampling fine wine. Her dramatic eye-rolls and pointed looks might be wrapped in an adorable package, but make no mistake: this magical fox knows exactly what she wants.
But when this enchanting purple fox gets stuck with history's clumsiest partner, something unexpectedly delightful happens. Between Jace's spectacular mishaps and Juju's time-bending powers (accompanied by her ever-changing expressions—from wide-eyed shock to paws-on-face exasperation), they bounce through history like a cosmic comedy act. Ancient Rome, where Juju's giggles echo through the Colosseum as Jace trips over his toga. Medieval France, where her blue eyes roll dramatically as he accidentally challenges a knight to a duel. The Roaring Twenties, where she face-paws through his attempts at the Charleston. Each era becomes a new stage for Jace to prove that chaos has no expiration date, while Juju's reactions range from adorable frustration to helpless laughter at her human antics.
What Juju doesn't realize—not yet anyway—is that she's been hunting in all the wrong centuries. The purest Joy-Drops, the ones that shine with diamond brilliance, aren't found in the grand gestures of historic heroes. They're crystallizing right now, in the wake of a stumbling teenager who turns his every embarrassing moment into someone else's reason to smile.
Sometimes the greatest magic isn't in being perfect—it's in perfectly being yourself.
First Encounter
The first time Jace Jensen met Juju, he was seven, hiding in the dustiest corner of Silverleaf Elementary's library. Between the worn spines of "Ancient Civilizations" and "Myths & Legends," a shimmer of golden light caught his eye, popping like a soap bubble to reveal the most adorable creature he'd ever seen—a fox with fur the color of sweet lilacs, complete with a fluffy tail and the biggest, most expressive blue eyes he'd ever seen.
"Oh dear," the fox muttered, her eyes widening in surprise as she took in her surroundings. Unlike regular foxes, her features were remarkably animated—her expressions shifting from confused to mildly annoyed as she realized this wasn't her intended destination. Her fur was a soft lavender shade that seemed to glow from within, and despite her small size, she carried herself with the dignity of a duchess at tea.
"I," she announced, her blue eyes twinkling with a mix of mischief and sophistication, "am a Chronological Confectionery Connoisseur." When Jace just stared at her blankly, her expression shifted to that particular kind of exasperation only the very patient can master.
Unlike the stern, nine-tailed fox of legend, Juju was more like a magical stuffed animal come to life—if that stuffed animal had attended finishing school and developed a taste for haute couture. Her single fluffy tail (which she often claimed was "much more practical than nine") would puff up when she was startled, which happened frequently around the chaos-prone Jace.
